I'm currently a bioinformatician at Washington University in Saint Louis, where I research cancer biology in the Li Ding lab. I'm interested in -omic and imaging analysis (particularly deep learning-based methods) and their application to biological problems.

I write on a variety of topics, but most posts you'll find on the site are method explainers or paper walkthroughs, and the occasional announcement for a project I'm working on.
